An AI voice agent for inbound calls, with you in the loop

Voxiora is a voicebot built for the calls your business receives. It understands natural speech, acts during the conversation and records what it did. You are never locked out: any call can be followed live, nudged with a whispered instruction or taken over in one tap.

  • Replies typically in under a second
  • Payment links sent mid-call
  • Whisper and take-over on live calls
  • REST API and webhooks included

Who should call you?

Built to complete tasks, not just to chat

Under the hood, Voxiora pairs streaming speech recognition with a language model that is grounded in your own knowledge and neural voices that sound natural. Because it listens while it speaks, callers can cut in, change the subject or switch language and the agent follows.

During the call it can look up free times and book them, text a confirmation, write down an order or message, or send a secure payment link for a deposit or a fee via Stripe Connect on the Business plan and above.

Transparent by default

Every conversation appears in your dashboard as a live transcript. From the Business plan you can listen in, whisper something only the agent hears, or take the call yourself. Afterwards you see the summary and the outcome, and bookings and payments are counted in the revenue ledger.

Before real customers call, Launch Check lets 25 simulated callers put the agent under pressure and marks every weak answer for you to fix.

Connected to the tools you use

Bookings go natively into Google Calendar. Summaries and call data reach Slack, your CRM, spreadsheets or WhatsApp through Zapier, Make or n8n. Every plan includes the REST API and webhooks, with higher limits on larger plans, and from the Business plan the same agent can talk to visitors on your website through the voice widget.

What sets Voxiora apart as a voice agent

  • No made-up answers

Speaks only from your knowledge and hands the caller to a person rather than guessing.

  • Multilingual out of the box

Eight languages on calls, with automatic switching in the middle of a conversation.

  • Payments while on the line

Texts a secure payment link and confirms once the caller has paid.

  • Live control

Follow, whisper to or take over any conversation with one tap.

  • Learns with approval

Proposes new answers from real calls; none goes live until you approve it.

  • Ready for the EU AI Act

An AI disclosure opens every call, and data stays in the EU.

Inside a call

Four things happen on every call

  1. Step 1

    Listening

Speech is recognised as it is spoken, so the caller can interrupt or rephrase at any point.

  2. Step 2

    Understanding

A language model grounded in your knowledge base identifies the request and the caller's language.

  3. Step 3

    Acting

It books, texts, records an order, sends a payment link or transfers the call according to your rules.

  4. Step 4

    Reporting

Transcript, summary and outcome reach you, and booking and payment values go to the revenue ledger.

Questions about AI voice agents

What is the difference between a voice agent and an IVR?

An IVR asks callers to press keys and then routes them. A voice agent lets them explain what they need in their own words and resolves it: it answers, books or transfers. Voxiora is designed for the incoming calls of small and medium-sized businesses.

Can Voxiora make outbound calls?

No. Voxiora answers incoming calls to your business. Outbound calling campaigns are not part of the product.

Which languages can it speak on a call?

Eight: English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. It identifies the caller's language from the first sentence and switches automatically, and the dashboard is available in the same eight languages.

How is caller data protected?

Data is stored in Frankfurt, in the EU, under GDPR with a data processing agreement in every plan. You decide whether calls are recorded and how long recordings and transcripts are kept.

Do I need a developer?

No. You build the agent from your website in a few minutes and edit it in plain language. If you have developers, they can use the REST API and webhooks included in every plan.
